If I were the Country Director of MIC Nepal Being a Country Director of MIC Nepal is an honorable tough and overwhelming task privileged with great responsibility As soon as I got selected .I will consult with previous MIC Country directors to know the detail about MIC it’s roles and programs that it had been launching then after I will restructure the team for friction less flow of organization.  I will continue the programs that are running currently to link up community students and entrepreneurs like “Transforming Lives with Digital literacy Training For community ,Dreamspark ,MSP,MVP etc for Student’s and Bizspark for entrepreneurs .”Which were Specially Put Forwarded by our source of inspiration my legend honorable sir Allen Bailochan Tuladhar.And also I will Increase the frequency of Such Programs.  I will address the low literacy rate & Digital Divide all over the country By offering Training to all age groups ,Focus on workshops to make people aware about use of technology on every respect of life like work ,play ,study and research and as a means of communication .  “AS if Perfection is not attainable ,But if we chase the perfection We will catch the excellence” So My organization will provide trainings ,workshops ,bootcamps ,hackathons & competition like Imagine CUP as a platform for passionate technological individuals to convert them like galaxy of intellectuals who would be taking the technological development to another level in future .  I will focus on developing MIC Nepal as a centre of access to world class resources , for students software developers ,IT professionals ,academic researchers & entrepreneurs not only in major cities but all over the country by establishing regional and sub-regional offices and mobilizing it’s resources like local MSPs,regional representatives etc . and finally Develop MIC Nepal as a technological Hub..  As Said by Edin Wharton , “There are two ways of spreeding Light to be a candle or the mirror that reflects it “ I will focus on fostering innovation and Work in association with local government,academic institutions,industry and software vendors for fueling up Long term economic growth on IT industry.  Being a Microsoft wing I will promote the Microsoft Products by each and every respect to uplift the life standard of our people. For better performance of organization and for the Welfare of our society I will also organize timely national and international level IT conferences to take feedbacks from my colleague and also from experts .To digitalize My country and help to make it zero corruption zone I will help government to automize the offices with new microsoft tools.
